The Right to Roam Act under a Labour Government would allow people to access land differently

Through the Right to Roam Act, Labour plans to allow the general public to wander anywhere they like on your land and among your livestock.

They are also planning to close the exemptions to inheritance tax that allow agricultural land to be passed on to the next generation, and to scrap or reduce business asset disposal relief.

This means many farms will have to be sold to pay the tax.

The Conservatives may not be doing a good job at the moment, but the alternative would be a disaster for British farming and food security in this country.
